a.     Where are your water dispensers from?

Our water dispensers are originated from South Korea or Taiwan. Working with reputable manufacturers, we ensure that all water dispensers have a proven quality check before roll out.

b.     What are the post-sales services available?

We offer regular maintenance package, technical support, in-house repair and ad hoc filters replacement.

c.     What other programs do you offer?

We offer rental, trade-ins and referral programs. You may find out more in the various links on our website.

Filters

a.     How long does a set of filters last?

We recommend changing the filters between 9-12 months so as to ensure that the quality of filters is able to provide a good filtration process.

b.     How much does a set of filters cost?

The cost of filters differ between each water dispenser. You may contact us to find out more.

Maintenance

a.     How to maintain the water dispensers?

We recommend having regular servicing and filter change. This is especially required for high consumption. You may contact us to find out more regarding the available maintenance and servicing packages.

b.     If I encounter any issues with my water dispenser, what can I do?

You may contact us during office hours (Monday - Friday) from 8.30am to 6pm. Alternatively, you can drop us an email at custsupport@puricare.com.sg for assistance.

Delivery and Installation

a.     What are the site requirements needed before installation?

As our water dispensers are all direct piped-in, we would require a water point and power socket for all installation.

b.     What is the lead time for delivery and installation?

For all orders, a one-week notice is required for delivery and installation schedule. If your house is not ready for installation, you can let us know the estimated delivery period and we will be able to do a reservation for you.

Payment and Shipping

a.     What are the various modes of payment available?

We accept PayNow and credit card payment. We also have a 0% instalment plan for DBS/POSB cardholders. You may contact us to find out more information.

b.     What are the various shipping methods available?

For water dispensers, we operate via scheduled delivery during office hours (Monday - Friday) between 9am - 5.30pm. Items purchased online will be shipped via Post (rates will vary accordingly).

Terms and Conditions

a.     What is the return policy?

If the item is found to be faulty, a 1-to-1 replacement will be done within 7 days from installation date.

b.     What is the warranty period?

For all water dispensers, the price is inclusive of a standard 12 months against technical defects. We also offer the option of extended warranty for customers who wish to extend their warranty.
